Comment from a client about his friend stay at our hotel, in a web view. In it, the balance sheet we recommend as a family hotel mostly, but also find views of couples and groups of friends. Each day try to improve and make more comfortable hotel.

The service is excellent, but the truth is that the hotel is fully up and reform which has the appearance of the’70s, I had occasion to talk with the director of the hotel as it approached us and asked what we thought and they responded that the service was excellent but the facilities are totally to reform and said that they were looking to do so as soon as possible.

This is the opinion of some British friends who visited us a few months will, and we have no waste. We appreciate the comments and I hope to see soon.

Having read all the other reports on this hotel I have come to the conclusion that the people who have wrote bad reports, want to put people of going there ,so they can be sure that it is never over booked ,and they can allway’s get there.The three of us stayed there on Nov/29 for 7 nights ,and we all agreed that it is a great little hotel ,the staff are all very freindly,and helpfull,the food was some of best I have had ,and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, the rooms are clean and tidy ,and the maid came round every day .The hotel could do with a revamp but dont let that put you of,one or two of the reports said there is a tramp laying about in the seating area outside the hotel ,we never seen one ,and the area is very clean and a great place to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Benidorm,and when people say that someone had there bag snatched ,all I can say to this is Benidorm is no worse than most places ,most of the people we met there where very freindly ,and go to the hotel often ,If you are lucky like us you may bump into Harry Ramsden (fish shop fame) or Roy the celeb -golfer from West Yorkshire ,great crack, also the 24 hour bar was great but was never over used ,or drunks laying allover It is also a no smoking area.The hotel is nice and central for any were in Benidorm,and we wil defitnitly be going back same time next year Jimmy and the Boro Babes Sue and Linda.

Just got home after a week here and it was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, Lorna in reception met us with a drink when we arrived, Virginia, our cleaner was great, we never saw her but she even washed our cups for us. Never had that before. Salin from behind the bar was very friendly as were all of the staff, no language problems at all. The restaurant was very clean, a good choice of food, which was the best we have had in an all inclusive package, and if you missed a meal it didn’t matter as snacks were available 30 minutes after service closed. Rooms were a good size, but there was only two of us, a balcony would have been nice though and the room did have a bit of a smell when we first arrived, but we did have a pool view and sea view and it was quiet. The location is perfect, minutes from the beach and the clubs. Go to the Medieval night, it’s only 6 € for the bus. We tried the Magic Rock and the Crystal park and had a lovely meal in both of them but this one’s the best. We will definitely be going back very soon. Even the weather was good for February.

I hang this review about Magic Villa de Benidorm of Mr. keren29 from Dorset that is placed on Tripadvisor:I´m writing this review from the hotel internet connection as i´m currently staying here.The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful.The hotel is great - really good location 100 metres from the beach. Ask for a pool facing room as they have sea views.The breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice of cereals, ham and cheese, fruit, yoghurt, pastries and then full english breakfast.The main meals are a little ´school dinner´ but are perfectly edible, always hot and always loads available.The rooms are of a standard size and have Juliette balconies.We are here half board but for 2 euros a night have upgraded to free wine, sangria, beer and soft drinks in the restaurant with our meals - a bargain.The pool area is quite small but perfectly big enough to be used.The all inclusive option looks good with lots of snacks and choice of drinks.Overall , excellent. Would definitely come back again to this hotel.
