Stayed at villa de benidorm november 2007, had a great time thanks to staff, service and guests, the bar was like having a party every night, staff friendly and efficient, guests really friendly.
On the plus side you can use the facilities of other magic hotels, have stayed in villa benidorm before also magic rock and crystal park, prefer villa benidorm for friendliness and location, will be back next year,
thanks to Lorna and all the staff for making our holiday one to remember

We Just got home yesterday from a two week stay at Villa De Benidorm and missing it already! Ok so maybe the hotel isnt the most up to date but it didn’t matter in the slightest!
The staff are the best thing about the hotel because they are such friendly and amazing people and really know how to make guests feel welcome! The Receptionists, Barstaff, Entertainers, Waiters and even the cooks! All of them Great people! O and another thing if the people you are sharing with make a real mess no need too worry because the maids are very good aswell!
Another thing that is great at Villa De Benidorm is the absolutly gorgeous food from the cooks its delicious and there is such a variety everyday!
I would recommend the hotel to anyone! The young and the old. There was 12 of us in our group ranging from the ages of 3 to 84 and everyone had an amazing time!
Thankyou Villa De Benidorm so much for giving us such a great holiday we miss you all loads! Hope your missing us too! Written by Abi Clarke and Tony Mallinson!

We have literally just returned from the Villa de Benidorm have to post this review. We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel as they are absolutely marvellous!
This was our first ever time in Benidorm and we loved it. The hotel is in a fantastic location for all the nightlife. The rooms are lovely spacious cleaned every day. Fresh towels everyday. Any problems you may have are dealt with immediately, proffessionally and courteously.
The food was absolutely fantastic. A buffet service restaraunt. Lots of choice at every meal. Well cooked and presented. Everything there you could want.Chef and his team were great friendly and always checking the food. Waiting staff always polite and worked hard to keep the restaraunt looking clean and fresh.
We did not spend a lot of time in the bar but always found staff cheerful polite . Reception brilliant your first point of call is always reception and they were always there to help always calm and smiling very approachable. Lorna fantastic took everything in her stride always cheerful and chirpy made a point of speaking to all guests everyday. This hotel is a 3 star but you be hard pressed to get a better service in a 5 star. Also the service and value we got was incredible for the money paid. We have always gone to Greece before where plumbing is non existent everything very basic there. We heard people complaining about everything at the Villa de Benidorm. Why! Everyone staying there are treated as individuals and made to feel so at home and so welcome. I could carry on forever but basically. Hotel and every member of staff ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Thank you all so much for making our holday so lovely.

I hang an oppinion about Magic Villa de Benidorm of Mr. john herbie 1 from walton-on-thames that is placed on Tripadvisor:Whilst the hotel is 3 star rated, the staff are in my opinion 5 STAR PLUS. Caroline,Alberto,Juan and the MAGIC Lorna, make this hotel the very best. The room cleaning,resturant and bar staff follow their lead.
Looking forward to returning for another holiday.

I hang an oppion about the Magic Villa de Benidorm of Mr./Mrs. drunkards from worksop that is placed on Tripadvisor:Although vill de benidorm is small and comparison to some hotels in benidorm,
We found that the service from the staff was very personal,even to our names we found that the bar staff was exceptionally helpfull especially sun and michelle who recommended local night spots we should visit and the was correct.
Our rooms was very comfortable and cleaned to high standed every day by the maids.
We would like to say a special thankyou to lorna the host manager she was exceptionally helpful and went above the call of duty to make sure our stay was enjoyable!!
Although the pool was not as big as commercialised hotels the atmosphere round it was that of a friendly neighbourhood.
We would just like to say a big thankyou to all the staff at villa de benidorm and will see you without a doubt very soon!!steve,zoe,craig xxxxx

I hang an oppinion about Magiv Villa de Benidorm of Mr./Mrs. MegandP from westhoughton that is placed on Tripadvisor:Arrived on the 15th august and left on 29th. Due to my nan falling down the stairs on arrival holiday wasnt how we expected it to be but host manager Lorna bell and Ronny really helped they had a brilliant sense of humour and made our stay memorable nothing was too much trouble for them they was allways happy to help. The cattering staff, cleaners, receptionists and bar staff were very friendly. Food was exellent as there was a lot of veriety as they catered for all age groups. Overall i enjoyed my stay at villa de benidorm an will be returning! (and if lorna reads this hope to see you soon and im sorry about the pinapple)

I hang an oppinion about Magic Villa de Benidorm of Mrs. lovely1705 from Burnley UK that is placed on Tripadvisor:We stayed at the hotel villa for 2weeks last june and they were the best two weeks of my life.
everyone is so friendly and the food is out of this world, the chef khalid is wonderful and we are still in touch. it really is a welcoming hotel.
the rooms are very basic but comfortable, i would recommend two rooms for a family of four.If you still want drinks and food after midnight a self service bar is open serving beer, hot chocolate, squash and sandwiches, biscuits and cakes, we werent in bed till 4 every morning.
only problem were the occasional seedy waiter, i.e ahmed who took a shine to me and my sister and anyone else with a pulse. i made friends for life there and wil definately be back!!

I hang comments about Magic Villa de Benidorm of Mrs. leonashr from carlisle that is placed on Tripadvisor:Stayed at this hotel for a fortnight in May with my four sons and my future daughter in law, what a fantastic friendley hotel. We stayed in the hotel most nights and sat outside just spending the nights away talking and having a good time. I have to say Lorna was very helpfull with me sorting out an unpleasant event i had during my stay Thankyou lorna! from sharron in carlisle…also thank you from Lee,Dean, Ami and the twins Mike and Dan….Would definately go back again
