“another great holiday at villa benidorm”

We thank our magic friend Maggie for posting her holiday experience on Tripadvisor.

Stayed @ villa de benidorm 14th-21st Nov 2011. Had a fantastic time and again cannot thank staff and management enough for a pleasant stay. Nothing to much bother of any of them. Hope you all enjoyed the chocolates.

“great hotel”

”This hotel is situated in a great position for the strip and nightlife.the staff are all very friendly and helpfull, the food is of very good quality and plentyful and you are made to feel welcome when entering the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Sam the entertainment girl is lovelly and will always have a chat with you.i went here on my own and was made very welcome, the bar staff are great too, after the first day they recognised you and remembered your drinks.it was funny to see thier faces when you tried something else, the only let down for me was no balcony” but hey” how many of us have balconys at home? free bus to other magic hotels great,tried three…chrystal park,lovely, in the old town…Fenicia by the beach in the old town,full of spanish people but food was lovelly and very much different, and monika,again very good.all in all magic hotels benidorm offer good food good service and plenty of options,,if you can,t find something to suit you in this hotel,,,well maybee you should think about going to a greasy spoon b,n,b in blackpool for the same price. Magic hotels hold your head up high. You have got it sorted and no im not on thier payroll, just a very contented happy guy who had a lovelly time and its not the hotels fault about the prostitutes or tramps,you can get them on most corners in benidorm..well done magic villa. good for you. Fantastic stay. Thank you
ps. while i was there someone had a birthday and the hotel provided them with a cake and bottles of champagne in the dining roon..again well done magic hotels.”

”Went to the hotel in November during the fiesta!! was great.. good area, right near the strip and a couple of streets away from the beach! food was good and the staff were so friendly! Excellent entertainment appropriate for all ages.. our party were from the range 15 to 74!! and everyone enjoyed themselves.. and were all going back again this november! Great for both families and friends. I recomend this hotel to everyone!”

“mandy …family of 16 from manchester ” Xmas Ball had by all “”

We thank our lovely friend Mandy for posting her opinion on Tripadvisor.

16 of us left 20th dec-27th ages from 10yrs - 50+ We all had a fantastic time the Staff are fantastic … Eddie is a total Star and had us entertained every afternoon, the food is good, Simon on the bar was excellent also …. and Hazel the Thomas cook rep is brill… the rooms are comfortable and food is good …chef even put prawns on after a member of our group asked for them … nothing seems to be too much trouble for them .. Iwould def go back and recommend this hotel to my friends… the location of the hotel is great as its close to all the bars,shops and beach … met lots of lovely people who now have become friends …. the welcome on arrival from Sam the entertainment manager was a lovely way to start our holiday …Well Done Villa Benidorm”

“top marks, villa”

We’re so thankful to our magic friend Valentina for posting her opinion on Tripadvisor.

”Just got back from another great holiday at villa Benidorm,well looked after at the bar by manolo, simon, and the lovely Ali, really good entertainment provided by eddie, this really is a friendly hotel, the food was very good, rooms nice and clean, we had a pool view, must give a special mention about hazel, the thomas cook rep, a brilliant lass. Benidorm itself was very quiet, but a lot of bars still open, they are all hoping it will get busy at Xmas, if you want to go o ut for a meal, then go to monroes carvery, stuff your face, for 4.25 euros, a very good place. we hope to be back at villa early next year.”

“What an Xmas”

Our magic friend has also enjoyed from his Xchristmas holiday and we are so pleased to share his experience with you.

” I got back a couple of days ago from the “Villa”, after a fanstastic xmas holiday.

After booking three winter holidays at the Magic Rock, I ended up at the villa due to the rocks closure. This didn’t bother me in the slightest as I prefer this hotels location. As a single traveller the option of the Villa does not normally appear on Thomas Cooks web site. When T.C. told me that the “Rock” was closed they ordered me to go elsewhere (again outside the Amigos group). After contact with the “Magic Amigos” group I managed to get my holiday(s) changed to this hotel.

As I have been mentioned, I like this hotel. The staff, service, cleanliness are top rate. Its’s location is ideal for entertainments, but not in the middle, (noisy), parts. At the end of the strip, with Morgans, (the “Neptune” from the TV prog Benidorm), about 50yds away.

I was there at Xmas when the hotel provided a FANTASTIC Gala chistmas dinner. The food at all four courses was excellent. The service from the restaurant, bar and manegerial staff, (All working together for such a large group of people eating at once), was outstanding.

The food for the rest of my week was up to ths usual standard. High quality, A good range of tastes, and well cooked.

Many thanks to Anne Marie (Any problem then ask this lady), Sam (The super helpful and friendly entertainments girl), Or any bar staff who probably know more about whats going on, (or off), than anybody.

I went to this hotel at the end of Nov and will be back again at the end of this month. I like it and so keep going back. My previous reviews of this hotel have all been good. That it simply for the reason that I think it is good. It is not five star but does not prend to be. It is however - Clean, Friendly, Efficient, In a great location, and will feed and water you as well as anywhere.

Others on this site have mentioned tarts and pick pockets about. This is a problem all over Benidorm and any tourist destination in the world. Not just one hotel. Just be careful.

“value for money”

Our Magic friends had also great time on their vacations and they share it on Tripadvisor:

”basic rooms but clean, and towels changed everyday, rooms on street can be noisy, food good always a decent variety including soups hotel lay on a great xmas dinner fab waiter service bottles of wine white, rose on table came round with red not enough room on table also cava must mention all bar staff waiters reception everyone polite and couldnt do enough for you all in would stay again close to all bars good central location. Rooms at back quieter overlooking pool.”
